How to get a voucher :
A voucher is a thank you for the order of an original of a drawing or a personalized drawing commission of 100 euros or more and its worth depends on the amount of your order (total amount before shipping fees and possible publishing rights).
For an order from 100 to 199 euros, you get a voucher worth 10 euros.
For an order of 200 euros or more, you get a voucher worth 20 euros.

About the vouchers :
They can be used only on orders of originals of drawings or personalized drawing commissions of 100 euros or more (total amount before shipping fees and possible publishing rights).
You can use more than one voucher per order but only one voucher accepted per 100 euros spent. For example, for an order of 200 euros or more, you can use 2 vouchers. For an order of 300 euros or more, you can use 3 vouchers, etc...
Each voucher has a unique code and a validity date.
A voucher can be used only once.
Vouchers are not nominative, so you can transfer it to a friend.
Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash.

In the case of an original of drawing :
If for whatever reason you decided to return the original (see « Returns Policy »), the refund would be of the amount really paid, ie the price of the drawing minus the voucher. Your voucher would then be valid again, with the same expiration date. Reminder : in such a case, I don't refund the shipping fees and the shipping charges for the return won't be refunded.

In the case of a personalized drawing commission:
The voucher can't be used for the down payment, which corresponds to 30% of the price before taking the voucher into account. It will be used when you pay the balance due.
To be able to use the voucher, the commission must be validated (contract signed and down payment made) before the validity date. In such a case, the voucher will remain valid the time needed for the commission to be done.

How to use a voucher :
It's easy. When you contact me to buy the original of a drawing or for the realization of a personalized drawing commission, you give me the code of the voucher(s) you want to use (see the image below). I'll take it into account for the price of your original or for the estimate of your personalized commission (under the condition it's validated before the expiration date of the voucher).
