I've added the first 2 steps of a work in progress for a portrait of Russell Crowe as Capt. Jack Aubrey in the movie "Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World", in the "Cinema" gallery. Have you ever read a book after watching the movie based upon it and it feels like you can hear the actor's voice when you're reading lines of dialogue? Well, I'm currently reading Patrick O'Brian's book "Master and Commander" and I just had to draw Russell Crowe / Captain Jack Aubrey ;)

Sorry about the lack of drawing updates on the website these past weeks. Commissions are always a priority and, as it's often the case for children portraits, I can't publish the drawings I worked on.
