This month marks the 30th anniversary of the release of "Stand by Me", one of my all-time favorite movies. Having watched it again for the n-th time last week, it's the right time to pay a tribute to it. And if you haven't seen it yet, seriously, do.
My favorite parts of the movie are the scenes between Chris Chambers and Gordie Lachance respectively played by River Phoenix and Wil Wheaton so I've chosen to illustrate a scene between these two characters.
